Pretty simple, actually. Like you have any privacy in the 21st century! What were you thinking? Hahahahahahaha! Seriously, we don't do anything with your information at all except use it to mail your orders, and invite you to join our mailing list. Of course, as stated on the contact page, if you're a schmuck and send us hate mail, we'll publish your e-mail address. When we ask for your phone number, it's so we can contact you if there's an order problem. Honest. We might, at some point, send you a note by e-mail or a postcard, but not very often, if at all, and not every week or something.
