The United States of the Republic of Earth USORE officially announced the end the ‘Fifty Years War”. The war began under then President George Bush who initiated the war in retaliation for an attack on the former United States of America (USA), in which a group of terrorists crashed commercial aircraft into two New York buildings. Following this incident the USA systematically attacked 17 “rouge nations”. Because of his brilliant leadership, other countries soon demanded the same “rights and liberties” as the occupied countries, leading to the formation of the United States of Earth in 2044.

The stability of leadership began in 2006 with the repeal of the 22nd Amendment, which allowed Bush to provide a continuity of safety for 24 years. Major accomplishments during his term include the elimination of the old “welfare nation model”. Welfare recipients were placed into indentured servitude jobs in 2019; these placements allowed citizens to payoff their debts to society, morally and productively. The indentured servitude model was so successful that it led to downfall and elimination of so-called “worker unions”.

As Bush said in 2021, “there are almost no immorally idle non-workers and more billionaires in our nation today”. Today approximately 13 percent of all workers are utilizing this cost effective model to gain work experience under the tutelage of professional overseers. Bush’s “War Against Poverty” WAP included the forward thinking: Pay Off Your Debts plan. This plan, originally incorrectly identified as “debtors’ prison”, placed debtors in finance re-education camps to learn fiscal responsibility and to eliminate the divisive effect of poor people on the state.

Economic stability was based the Karl Rove Plan
(Rove was a Bush advisor). The theory was that the multiple competing economies of the globe created conflict. Thus, most efficient means of dealing with conflict is offensive aggression. This economy, based on a “constant” state of war, is what forced other less efficient economies to accept our supervision.
Some countries eagerly sought out our protection while others submitted to years of humiliating military defeats before they agreed to our global partnership.
Shortly before his death, Bush was asked what would be the next major goal and he replied, “Trying teach all them Chinese to speak English with a Texas accent”. He always kept his wit.

Political stability was further enhanced in 2022 when the multiple political party-system was banned. The two-party system was known to be divisive and led to legislative gridlock. Bush’s single, dominant Republican party has given us an efficient and cooperative system.

His moral leadership continued after his death, with creation of the BUsh’s Moral Society (BUMS) that led to the enactment of a series of moral responsibility laws.
These safety enhancement laws have proven to be extraordinarily effective, leading to the current balance, where nearly 50% of North America is incarcerated for acts of depravity upon the populace. The Homosexual Freedom Law passed in 2035 allowed homosexual males to opt for castration in lieu of incarceration; while female homosexuals can now opt for sterilization. Most homosexuals are now happily employed in indentured servitude occupations. We can only hope and pray that other areas of the USOE can approach this level of civility.
