At a press conference this morning, Ari
Fleischer confirmed that the Saudi Arabian car bombing of May 13th was
the work a rogue political group known as the "American Democratic
Party." The extremist group is long despised for its criticism of
tax cuts for the richest Americans, radical insistence on what they call
"real corporate reform," "regulations," and what Fleischer
describes as a sinister demand of something called "Congressional
Oversight" for entities like the FCC and the "Executive Branch."
Top Republican strategist, Karl Rove agreed, barely able
to contain his rage. "This has all the fingerprints of the Democratic
Leadership Committee and their minions," he spat. "And no doubt,
the President will smoke them out of their holes and bring justice to
these anti-American dissidents. You can bet your sister on that!"
Their guerilla tactics can be seen in numerous incidents
of late, highlighted on Fox News, including the walkout of Democratic
Representatives in Texas, the failure of leading Democrats to agree wholeheartedly
with the administration's agenda, failing to support the Commander-in-Chief's
plans, voting against legislation backed by the President, failing to
agree with the President's agenda 100%, trying to defeat his plans, not
supporting the President, not agreeing with the administration's agenda,
criticizing the President's actions, voting against the legislation the
President approves of, supporting other agendas than the President's,
and not being on the same side as the President on important issues of
patriotism.
"The President needs the support of all hardworking
Americans to prepare for the next segment of the War On Terror,"
continued Fleischer. "The administration is engaged in a long-term
strategy against these terrorists that will culminate in November, 2004.
The hard work of all loyal Americans will make sure we will be victorious
in our battle against the great Satan
um, er, I mean... um, the Matrix
of Evil known as the DNC."
Strangely, before leaving the podium, Fleischer extended
the index finger and pinky of his right hand and made what looked like
the sign of an upside-down cross.
