Not one senator stepped forward to challenge the election?

We ALL saw Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11". We were ALL amazed at the scene where the Congressional Black Caucus stood before the Joint Session, lacking the ONE Senator needed to back them.
NO SENATOR came forward in 2000.
HOW could this happen in the United States of America? HOW could any elected American SENATOR(!) not have the COURAGE and SINCERITY to come forward, at such a crucial moment in our history?
MILLIONS of us out here, across America, now know that the 2004 Presidential "Election" was probably just as rigged as the one that took place in Ukraine.
WHY do those people in Ukraine STAND UP for democracy, and WE have become too cowardly to do so? What's WRONG with us?
I want EVERY US Senator, and their staff, to realize that, once again, at THIS very moment in time, a repeat of that horrid scene in front of the Joint Session, is beginning to unfold.
They got elected. What do they REALLY have to lose, if they step forward? Would they actually want to continue to serve in the Senate (or even BE in Washington), if our Government has become THIS corrupt; if the United States Senate has become just a "rubber stamping" machine for Dick Cheney and George Bush? WHAT is it WORTH, to BE a Senator etc., at THAT price?
Our elected(?) American Senators, who talks so often of "working for the people", ESPECIALLY the Liberals and Democrats, MUST STAND with these fourteen brave Congressmen, in demanding a complete investigation of the November 2, 2004, Ohio vote, if not the national vote.
Please, EVERYONE, take the time to e-mail or send letters to as many US Senators as you can! You can send the same letter to several Senators. Send one to Kay Bailey Hutchison, even. It will, at least momentarily, distract someone in her office from doing nasty things to us. Tell her to lay off the hairspray - you know, the ozone, and all.
If you know someone in California, ask them to forward an e-mail to Sens. Boxer and Feinstein, for you. Same for New York, to Sen. Clinton. Sen. Byrd (D-WV) is probably the most likely to DO something. What does he have to lose? And, he HATES BushCo.
You can do THIS much!
